Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) Construction Is The Fourth Category According To Art. 8, Para. 2, Item 3 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Site Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut And Begins After The Entry Into Force Of The Construction Permit And After Signing The Protocol For The Opening Of The Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level Of Construction. The Technical Implementation Of The Construction Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulations Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Technical Rules, The Technical Specifications Of The Construction Products, Materials And Equipment Used In The Construction, And The Good Construction Practices In The Republic Of Bulgaria And In The European Union.
