Pollution Investigation Services – Framework Agreement For Single-Attribute Intellectual Services To Purchase Orders: Soil Pollution Studies. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Establish A Framework Agreement Relating To Pollution Study Services For Construction, Rehabilitation Or Development And Infrastructure Operations For Which Epaurif Provides A Project Management Mission Or A Project Management Mandate Mission. This Is A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Single-Award, Within The Meaning Of Article R2162-2 Paragraph 2 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Services Will Be Carried Out Using Purchase Orders Issued As Needs Arise. This Framework Agreement Does Not Provide For A Minimum In Value Or Quantity, And Provides For A Maximum Set At 500,000 Euros Excluding Tax, In Accordance With Article R2162-4 2° Of The Public Procurement Code. Operations Falling Within The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Located In The Ile-De-France Region.
