Expression of Interest for Video Production Services for Beneficiary Success Stories. Service Location: Ramallah Introduction: DAI, acting as the Project Implementing Agency (PIA), invites eligible service providers to express their interest in providing video-production services for beneficiary success stories under the Finance for Jobs (F4J), the Innovative Private Sector Development II (IPSD II) Project, and the Technology for Youth and Jobs (TechStart) Project. Projects Overview: The Finance for Jobs (F4J) series of projects started in 2017 with the overarching objective of mobilizing private investment in high-potential sectors and generating job opportunities across the West Bank and Gaza. Currently, F4JII & F4JIII are being implemented by DAI on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and Planning (MoFP) and funded by the World Bank (WB). The Innovative Private Sector Development II (IPSD II) Project is a project for the benefit of the Ministry of National Economy (MoNE), funded by the World Bank and the European Union, and implemented by DAI. IPSD II is a US$24.5 million project that aims at improving the economic opportunities for tech-enabled startups and innovative SMEs, and individuals in the digital economy in the West Bank; and in case of an Eligible Crisis and Emergency, respond promptly and effectively to it. Technology for Youth and Jobs (TechStart) Project is a project for the benefit of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Economy (MTDE), funded by the World Bank (WB), the European Union, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and the Government of the Kingdom of Netherlands, and implemented by DAI as the Project Implementation Agency (PIA). TechStart aims to increase economic opportunities for IT services firms in the West Bank. Purpose & Objectives: Overall purpose The primary objective of this assignment is to produce 15-20 high-impact, short-form success-story videos (approximately 1 minute each) that showcase the success stories of selected beneficiaries and highlight the growth and achievements of each featured beneficiary firm. The videos must seamlessly blend authentic human-interest storytelling with clear, informational explainer elements. They are intended to demonstrate the impact of F4J,TechStart, and IPSD II-supported interventions on the growth of selected beneficiary firms, serving to inspire and guide future applicants within the ecosystem. Specific Objectives Showcase the achievements, growth, and operational success of selected beneficiary firms resulting from support provided through F4J, TechStart and IPSD II. Highlight the high-level technical skills, innovation, and global competitiveness of the Palestinian technology ecosystem. Present compelling success stories that build investor confidence and position the Palestinian technology sector as a prime destination for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and strategic partnerships in the MENA region and beyond. Foster audience engagement with the projects missions and inspire participation in their programmes. The assignment is expected to commence in July 2026 and be completed within two months. DAI invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the required services. Interested firms should submit information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The shortlisting criteria are: Experience: The service provider must possess a minimum of five years of demonstrably successful experience in the field of video production. Technical Expertise: The service provider must demonstrate a strong understanding of video and audio production techniques, including demonstrated capacity in filming, editing, motion graphics, animation, sound design, color correction, and post-production. Project Portfolio: The service provider is required to submit a portfolio of at least three comparable beneficiary-story, corporate-profile, documentary, or impact-communications videos produced within the past five years. Expressions of Interest should include the following information: Company profile. Description of relevant experience in similar assignments. Summary of technical capacity and available resources.
