The Successful Proponent Will Act As The Owner’S Representative, Encompassing Engineering And Design, Site Condition Assessments, Technical Specifications For New Window Systems, Production Of Stamped And Code-Compliant Construction Documents, Procurement Support, Development Of Tender Packages, Technical Evaluation Of Contractor Bids, Recommendations For Award, Construction Administration, Oversight Of Installation, Quality Assurance, Shop Drawing Review, And Project Close-Out Documentation.Proponents Are Requested To Include In Their Submission An Itemized Fee Structure Broken Down By Project Phase, A Proposed Timeline Aligned With Project Completion Requirements, And Any Value-Add Recommendations For High-Efficiency Glazing Configurations Suitable For The Local Climate.All Responses Must Be Submitted Electronically Via The Alberta Purchasing Connection Portal By The Closing Date And Time Specified In The Solicitation Document.
