In Order To Properly Perform The Work, It Is Necessary To Dismantle All Layers Of The Pavement And Rebuild Them After Insulation. The Scope Of Works Also Includes Repairing Concrete Elements, Repairing Facades And Replacing Ventilation Intakes Damaged By Pouring.2) Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active And Used Facility. Moreover, The Ordering Party Informs That Teaching Classes Will Be Conducted In The Building In Question During The Execution Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct The Works So As Not To Disturb The Teaching Process And To Access The Building.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Together With Attachments (Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz) And In The Bill Of Quantities (Constituting Annex No. 2.2 To The Swz), Which Documents Should Be Considered Together With The Contract Total. 4) Order Completion Date: Up To 3 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site. 5) Warranty Period: A) Required Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works: Minimum 36 Months; B) The Warranty Period For The Completed Construction Works Is A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating Offers - If The Warranty Period Is Extended In Relation To The Minimum Required Warranty Period, The Contractors Offer Will Receive Additional Points, In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Chapter Xiii Swz;C) Required Warranty Period For The Installed Materials, Devices, Etc.: Not Shorter Than The Warranty Granted For The Works, And If The Manufacturers Warranty Is Longer - In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty;D) Warranty Period - Consistent With The Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor For The Completed Construction Works, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months;E) The Warranty And Warranty Periods Begin With The Signing Of The Final Acceptance Protocol.2) Detailed Terms Of Order Execution And Payment Terms Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
