Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of the Water Heating System and Solar Systems inside Collective Shelters in Baalbek El Hermel Closing Date: Wednesday, 15. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men. Oxfam is looking for a contractor to supply and install water heating systems and solar panels in Collective Shelters. Oxfam is seeking suppliers to supply and install water heating systems and solar panels in 5 collective shelters located in different apartments in Al Ain, Douris and Moqraq, but not limited to those locations. SPECIFICATION OF WORK AND SERVICES REQUIRED The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labour, equipment, transportation, installation, and commissioning to ensure the facilities are fully functional and compliant with Solar water heaters and solar system standards. The contractor should conduct site verification before installation. The contractor should ensure safety during installation. The contractor should dispose of construction waste responsibly. The contractor should coordinate with Oxfam engineering staff during implementation. The contractor should have ability to operate in multiple locations in Baalbek El Hermel. The supplier shall be able to mobilize resources and commence installation within 15 days of the date of Oxfams request or issuance of the work order. The exact installation location shall be selected by the Oxfam team in coordination with the shelter Focal point. The Locations, the work will take place in the following areas: Al Ain, Douris and Moqraq. Exact installation sites will be confirmed by Oxfam prior to implementation. The selected contractor shall: Supply and install full water heating system including water tank lifting to ensure that the system is working, and including all accessories needed. Supply and install full solar system. General Terms: The Contractors relationship will directly be with OXFAM staff. An Oxfam staff member or representative will be responsible for inspecting and confirming the work. The contractor must be capable of completing this task within 15 days. Any item not complying with the specs will be rejected. The Contractor is responsible for any damage during works, utilities, and shall reinstate all affected assets at his own cost. The contractor should provide Maintenance and operation for the solar and water heating systems for 1 year. Item quantities are subject to change, and some items may be removed Mandatory online meeting: Supplier who didnt attend the online meeting, they cant submit their offers All interest suppliers are invited to the mandatory online meeting, and they need to send interested email. The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies: Essential I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney. Academic / Professional qualification (CVs) Copies of original documents that demonstrate their legal establishment, registration, and status. Data sheets for each item specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name. Experience with Oxfam / NGOs / working in development/ humanitarian settings (Similar experience. Please attach a table including company name, work description.) Proficiency in the relevant market of this request (Reference of two or more clients within similar scope we need (Preferable with NGOs) (NGO Name or private client name, contact person and email, project description, locations, value of money). Detailed Work plan (not more than 15 working days) The Contractor shall submit a manpower list that includes one qualified engineer and a minimum of two work teams capable of operating simultaneously in two different shelters.Each work team shall, at a minimum, consist of the following personnel: - Plumber - electrician Financial Folder: Detailed financial offer for the Bill of Quantities 5.
