Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Collective Shelters - Jebjanine. Closing Date: Wednesday, 08. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Infrastructure & Services Rehabilitation Duration of Contract: Detailed timeline per deliverable to be agreed upon with the consultant. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men. Oxfam is seeking suppliers to supply, install, and rehabilitate Wash facilities in one collective shelter located in,JebJanine SPECIFICATION OF WORK REQUIRED The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, installation, and commissioning to ensure the facilities are fully functional and compliant with WASH standards The contractor should conduct site verification before installation The contractor should finish the work within 3 working days The contractor should ensure safety during installation, The contractor should dispose of construction waste responsibly The contractor should coordinate with Oxfam engineering staff during implementation The supplier shall be able to mobilize resources and commence installation within three days from the date of Oxfams request or issuance of the work order. The exact installation location shall be selected by the Oxfam team in coordination with the shelter principal. The Locations, the work will take place in the following area:JebJanine West Bekaa Exact installation sites will be confirmed by Oxfam prior to implementation. The selected contractor shall: as per BOQ Supply and install plastic covers for water tanks of different sizes Cleaning and disinfection of water tanks of different sizes Transport all materials needed to the designated sites Connect the pipes of different sizes and types to the water tank on the roof or to the WaSH facilities. Conduct testing and commissioning before handover Open blocked sewage pipes using appropriate equipment The contractor must provide all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision to complete the work. General Terms: The Contractors relationship will directly be with OXFAM staff. An Oxfam staff member or representative will be responsible for inspecting and confirming the work. The contractor must be capable of completing this task within 7 calendar days. Any item not complying with the specs will be rejected. The Contractor is responsible for any damage during works, utilities, and shall reinstate all affected assets at his own cost. Oxfam has the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same cost. The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies: Technical and Administrative Compliance please attach documents about below Company Profile.
