Tenders are invited for Trainer Hair Colorist & Styling Trainer Closing Date: Saturday, 11. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Children & Youth, Development, Education, Labor & Livelihoods Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 36 hours of technical training (delivered over 12 days, 3 hours/day); subject to be repeated 1- About Ruwwad Al Tanmeya Ruwwad Al Tanmeya is a community development organization based in Tripoli, Lebanon, working with disenfranchised communities through education, youth volunteerism, civic engagement, and grassroots organizing. Ruwwad runs community programs and space, and implements livelihood and employment initiatives targeting vulnerable youth and women in the north of Lebanon. 2- About the Project Under the program Empowering Refugee and Vulnerable Youth & Women through Skills and Employment Pathways in partnership with GlocalShift and the strategic partner Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund, Ruwwad Al Tanmeya is implementing a 12-month vocational training and employability initiative in Tripoli targeting 300 youth aged 1835, with a focus on refugees, women, and persons with disabilities. The program delivers structured technical and soft-skills training across three sectors Cosmetology, Hospitality, and Tech & IT followed by a one-month paid internship placement with partner employers. Training topics were selected based on a structured labor market needs assessment conducted with employers across Tripoli. 3- Scope of Work Ruwwad Al Tanmeya is seeking a qualified and experienced trainer to deliver the Hair Colorist & Styling training as part of the projects vocational training cycle. The selected trainer will be responsible for: Designing and delivering a 36-hours of Hair Colorist & Styling technical training module covering the topics listed below to cosmetology cohort trainees Topics to be covered: Designing a training course outline covering hair coloring fundamentals, color and skin-tone/complexion matching knowledge, and hair styling techniques (blow-dry, finishing, everyday looks), and submitting it for Ruwwads review and approval before delivery. Trainers are encouraged to include any additional topics they consider essential or currently in demand within the scope of this training. All topics covered are within 36 hours.
