About the Project Under the program Empowering Refugee and Vulnerable Youth & Women through Skills and Employment Pathways in partnership with GlocalShift and the strategic partner Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund, Ruwwad Al Tanmeya is implementing a 12-month vocational training and employability initiative in Tripoli targeting 300 youth aged 1835, with a focus on refugees, women, and persons with disabilities. The program delivers structured technical and soft-skills training across three sectors Cosmetology, Hospitality, and Tech & IT followed by a one-month paid internship placement with partner employers. Training topics were selected based on a structured labor market needs assessment conducted with employers across Tripoli. Scope of Work Ruwwad Al Tanmeya is seeking a qualified and experienced trainer to design and deliver 24 hours Soft Skills Cosmetology Cohort training as part of the Projects vocational training cycle. The selected trainer will be responsible for: Designing and delivering a 24-hour soft skills training module covering the topics listed below to Cosmetology cohort trainees Topics to be covered: Speed, accuracy and multitasking; Hygiene and sanitation; Communication, customer service and presentability; Job search skills (CV writing, interview preparation, self-presentation); Basic photography for portfolio and freelance work. Trainers are encouraged to include any additional topics they consider essential or currently in demand within the scope of this training.
