About the Project Under the program Empowering Refugee and Vulnerable Youth & Women through Skills and Employment Pathways in partnership with GlocalShift and the strategic partner Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund, Ruwwad Al Tanmeya is implementing a 12-month vocational training and employability initiative in Tripoli targeting 300 youth aged 1835, with a focus on refugees, women, and persons with disabilities. Scope of Work Ruwwad Al Tanmeya is seeking a qualified and experienced trainer to design and deliver 36 hours Nail Technician Manicure, Pedicure & Gel technical training as part of the Projects vocational training cycle.
