Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Health Amel Association International Lebanon Request for Quotation Laboratories and Imaging Services - Douris RFQ - 06207 1 Overview: Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development 2 Scope of work: The purpose of this assignment is to seek a contracting diagnostic services supplier located stirctly in Douris, this includes the provision of laboratory tests and imaging listed in Annex A Commercial Offer Form located in the catchment areas of the Amel PHCCs in Al Marej - Western bekaa where Amel will be implemented for the period 1 year subject to further extension of similar period based of satisfactory performance and with the consent of Amel senior management Amel wishes to receive proposals from firms with the ability to provide high quality Diagnostic and imaging services as per the Terms of Reference (ToR) Para# 6 within the RFQ 3 The quotation must include: Same requested specification Prices in USD 4 Required Documents: All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject RFQ - 06324 - Lab and imaging services - Al Marj copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org : A signed and stamped quotation using Annex A - LIDT - Commercial Offer Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance ( ). and all related legal papers including owner ID.
