Description: The Services To Be Procured Will Support The European Union (Eu) To Carry Out A Range Of Activities In The Fields Of Public Diplomacy And Cultural Relations In China (Excluding Hong Kong And Macao).* The Services Aim To Reinforce The Capacity Of The Eu Delegation To China To Undertake Constant And Long-Term Engagement To 1. Improve Understanding, Perceptions And Attractiveness Of The Eu As A Global Actor Among Key Stakeholders And Audiences In China And 2.
