1. Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of An Electric Overhead Crane With A Lifting Capacity Of Q = 3.5 T, Registration Number Wdt 3-82-00175, Used In Building No. 20. Address: Elbląg, Ul. Łęczycka 10-12, Building No. 202. Scope: 2.1. Due To The Nature Of The Work And The Need To Assess The Organizational Principles Of The Service, The Ordering Party Recommends Taking Part In An On-Site Visit. 2.2. Replacement Of A Complete Overhead Crane: Disassembly Of The Existing Overhead Crane, Manufactured In 1961, Q = 3.5T, With A Span Of 11.4 M And An Estimated Weight Of 10T, Delivery Of The Dismantled Device To The Ordering Partys Warehouse (Distance Approx. 5 Km), Geodetic Measurement Of Track Geometry, Bringing The Track Geometry To The Requirements Of The Subject Standards, At Least According To The Standard Pn-En 1090-2, Replacement Of The Power Supply Switchboard, Protections, And Earthing Of The Crane, Installation Of The Crane, Hoist, Busbar (L-29M), Electrical Connection. 2.3. Acceptance Part: The Contractor Will Provide A Set Of As-Built Documentation That Will Enable Wdt To Carry Out Acceptance Testing And Register The Device - 3 Copies, Which Includes • Ec/Ce Declaration Of Conformity: A Key Document Confirming That The Device Meets European Safety Standards.• Operating Instructions (Dtr): It Must Contain Guidelines For Operation, Maintenance And A List Of Spare Parts.• Technical Description And Assembly Drawing: Exact Parameters Of The Crane (Capacity, Span, Speeds) Along With Drawing Showing The Dimensions Of The Device.• Diagrams: Full Electrical Diagrams (With Legend), • Certificates For Components: Approvals For Ropes, Chains, Hook And Other Key Load-Bearing Elements.• Certificate Of Correct Installation: Issued By A Company With Udt Authorizations.• Situational Sketch: Drawing Showing The Location Of The Crane In The Hall While Maintaining The Required Safety Distances From The Buildings Structural Elements.• Electrical Measurement Protocols: First Of All, Measurements Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection And Insulation Resistance.• Construction Part Acceptance Protocol: Confirmation That The Track Substructure (Rails) Are Made In Accordance With The Standards And Ready For The Loads Of The New Overhead Crane.• Manufacturers Warranty Including The Period And Conditions Of The Manufacturers Warranty. The Ordering Party Will, In Accordance With The Formal Requirements, Send Documentation To The Military Technical Supervision And Apply For The Wdt Acceptance. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Load For The Wdt Test And Take Part In The Acceptance. If Wdt Does Not Allow The Device To Operate, The Contractor Will Make Appropriate Corrections And Prepare Another Acceptance At His Own Expense.2.4.
