The Object Of The Procurement Is The Organization Of Early Childhood Education, Preschool And Basic Education Meal Services In The Municipality Of Pelkosenniemi During The Contract Period 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2028. After The Basic Contract Period, The Customer Has The Right To Extend The Contract Period For 1+1 Option Years. The Service Includes Meal Planning, Food Procurement, Food Preparation, Serving, Transportation, Special Diets, Self-Monitoring And Continuous Development Of The Service As Defined In The Appendices Of The Request For Tender. Around 90-100 People Eat In The School-Kindergarten Every Day. In Addition To Those Who Work In The Premises, Other Municipal Personnel Also Eat In The Premises To Varying Degrees, Whose Costs Are Borne By The Persons Themselves. About 30 People Eat At Pyhäs Daycare Center. There Are About Ten People Who Need A Special Diet. The Estimate Used In The Procurement Of The Number Of Necessary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack And Dinner) Is Given On The Tender Submission Form (Appendix 5).The Estimated Value Of The Procurement Is Approx. 220,000 Euros / Year, A Total Of 880,000 Euros. The Food Can Be Prepared In The Service Providers Own Premises Or In The Kitchen Of The Pelkosenniemi Church Village School-Daycare Center Under Conditions To Be Agreed Separately. The Prepared Meals Are Served At The Church Village School-Daycare Center And Transported Daily To The Pyhä Daycare Center. The Tenderer Is Responsible For The Functionality, Quality And Delivery Reliability Of The Entire Service Chain. The Customer Urges The Tenderers To Read Carefully The More Detailed Tender Request And Its Attachments. The Content Of The Service And The Minimum Requirements Are Presented In The Attached Service Description Of The Meal Service (Appendix 1 – Service Description Of The Meal Service). The Service Description Is Supplemented By A Responsibility Allocation Table Defining The Responsibilities Of The Customer And The Provider (Appendix 2 – Responsibility Allocation Table). In Addition, The Content And Requirements Of The Service Are Presented In The Contract Appendices (Appendices 2-4). Key Subcontractors Must Be Announced In The Offer (These Are The Subcontractors Related To The Aforementioned Tasks) And The Subcontractors Are Subject To The Same Suitability Requirements (Excl. Reference Requirement) As The Bidder. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Work And Performance Of Its Subcontractors, As Well As Its Own. The Use Of The Facilities Is Not Mandatory, But The Service Can Also Be Produced From The Service Providers Own Production Facilities. A Separate Lease Agreement Is Drawn Up For The Use Of The Kitchen Facilities (Appendix 4).
