The Assignment Concerns Offering Training Programs For Residents Of The Drechtsteden Region In Four Priority Sectors: Healthcare And Welfare, Technology And Construction, Transport And Logistics, And Maritime. The Aim Is To Increase Sustainable Employability And Strengthen The Labor Market Position Of Job Seekers And Workers, Lateral Entrants And Vulnerable Groups Such As Returners And Status Holders. The Assignment Includes One Integrated Assignment For Delivering Training In All Four Sectors, With A Total Budget Of A Maximum Of €2,200,000 Incl. Vat. Trainers Can Register For One Or More Sectors, But Are Rewarded For Versatility In Their Offering. The Courses Must: • Connect Directly To The Current Labor Market Demand In The Drechtsteden. • Develop (Basic) Professional Skills, Tailored To The Target Group. • Free And Accessible For Participants, Partly Due To A Minimum Co-Financing Contribution Of 25% By Trainers.
