The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Three Separate Items: Separate Item No. 1 Delivery Of Bed Linen, Lightweight Duvets, Pillows, Blankets, Bed Covers, Towels For The Needs Of The Family-Type Accommodation Center For Children Without Disabilities And Transitional Housing, Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop Separate Position No. 2 Delivery Of Kitchenware And Eating Utensils For The Needs Of The Family-Type Accommodation Center For Children Without Disabilities And Transitional Housing, Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop Separate Item No. 3 Delivery Of Household Goods And Cleaning Supplies, Bathroom And Kitchen Accessories For The Needs Of The Family-Type Accommodation Center For Children Without Disabilities And Transitional Housing In View Of The Fact That Part Of The Items/Goods From The Public Order Is Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code And On The Basis Of Art. 80, Para. 1 Of Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Has Allocated Separate Item No. 1 Delivery Of Bed Linen, Light Duvets, Pillows, Blankets, Bed Cover, Towels For The Needs Of The Family-Type Accommodation Center For Children Without Disabilities And Transitional Housing, Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop And Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of Kitchenware And Eating Utensils For The Needs Of The Family-Type Accommodation Center For Children Without Disabilities And Transitional Housing, Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, As Reserved For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Or For Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position. On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, Bids For The Public Procurement May Be Submitted By Other Interested Parties, In Addition To Those For Whom It Is Reserved, But Their Bids Will Be Considered Only If There Are No Admitted Bids From Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives For People With Disabilities Or For Businesses Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position. All Interested Parties Can Submit Bids Under Special Position No. 3. The Scope Of The Order For Each Specific Item Includes Delivery And Transfer Of Ownership To The Employer Of Various Types Of Items/Goods, Detailed In The Technical Specification, Including Activities Accompanying The Implementation, Including: Packaging, Delivery To The Relevant Place Of Delivery; Unloading; Documents Necessary For The Further Use For The Purpose Of The Delivery. The Contractor Should Provide A Guarantee For The Delivered Items/Goods, Starting From The Signing Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol Without Remarks On The Delivery. Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification For Each Of The Individual Positions, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
