The Aim Of The Measure Is To Enable, By Granting Investment Aid, The Still Underserved Subscribers In The Südliche Weinstrasse District To Have A Gigabit Network In Accordance With No. 3.1 Of The Guideline “Funding To Support The Gigabit Expansion Of Telecommunications Networks In The Federal Republic Of Germany” (Gigabit Guideline 2.0) Of April 30, 2024 As Part Of The “Gap Closure Program” Within The Meaning Of No. 9.1 Of The Gigabit Directive 2.0. The Südliche Weinstraße District Has Received 5 Funding Notices For This. This Tender Covers Lots 1 To 5. A Total Of Approximately 7013 (Seven Thousand Thirteen) Address Points (Hereinafter Addresses) Are To Be Connected, One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight (1878), Addresses In Lot 1, Six Hundred Twenty-Two (622) Addresses In Lot 2, Two Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Six (2296) Addresses In Lot 3, Four Hundred Fifty-Five (455) Addresses In Lot 4 And One Thousand Seven Hundred And Sixty-Two (1762) Addresses In Lot 5. The Connection To The Gigabit Network Should Be Available To All Designated Subscribers, I.E. 100% Of The Subscriber Connections In The Expansion Area That Are Currently Underserved In The Sense Of The Gigabit Framework Regulation. Once The Network Has Been Expanded And Put Into Operation, Participants In The Expansion Area Should Have Access To A Transmission Rate Of At Least 1 Gbit/S Symmetrically (Downstream/Upstream).
