Procurement Of Goods In Accordance With The Technical Specification (Attachment No. 1) And The Cost List (Attachment No. 2) The Client Cannot Accept The Delivery Of Goods That Do Not Meet The Functional Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification (Attachment No. 1). The Customer Cannot Accept The Delivery Of Used Goods, But The Entire Offered Goods Must Be New And Unused. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer The Installation And Integration Of The Goods In Accordance With The Description In The Technical Specification (Attachment No. 1). The Bidder Is Obliged To Ensure Compliance Of The Entire Subject Of Procurement With Valid Regulations And Standards In The Field Of Information And Cyber Security, In The Part Applicable To The Subject Of Procurement.
