The Object Of The Procurement Is A Multi-Channel Electronic Letter Sending Service That Offers Versatile Sending And Receiving Options. When It Comes To Sending, Multi-Channel Means, For Example, A Printer Driver Feature, A Web Portal And Open Interfaces. When It Comes To Receiving, Multi-Channel Refers To The Delivery Of Letters To Electronic Distribution Channels Or As A Traditional Letter Printed, Unwrapped And Delivered To The Recipient. The Acquired Entity Includes: 1. Electronic Letter Service (Saas=Software As A Service) Including The System As A Software Service, Including All Necessary Software And Drivers 2. Printing, Wrapping And Mailing Service Of Physical Letters 3. Implementation And Adaptation Of The Saas Service To The Customers Needs And Environment 4. System Support And Maintenance Services 5. Further Development And Expert Services Of The System Or Service. The Procurement Will Be Tendered For A Fixed-Term Contract Period Of Three Years. The Acquisition Includes As An Option The Option To Continue The Acquisition Indefinitely After The Fixed-Term Contract Period.
