The City Of Tettnang Intends To Build A Gigabit Network In The Underserved Areas By Granting A Subsidy That Has Been Applied For And Has Already Been Granted In A Provisional Amount In Accordance With The Directive On Funding To Support The Gigabit Expansion Of Telecommunications Networks In The Federal Republic Of Germany (Hereinafter Gigabit-Rl 2.0) Of March 31, 2023 In The Amended Version Of 2025 And The Framework Regulations Of The Federal Republic Of Germany To Support The The Comprehensive Development Of Gigabit Networks In Gray Areas (Hereinafter Referred To As Gigabit-Rr) As Well As Through A Grant Already Granted To The Concessionaire In Accordance With The Vwv Gigabit Co-Financing Of July 27, 2023 From The State Of Baden-Württemberg. The Final Funding Applications Should Be Submitted After The Successful Completion Of The Award Process And Based On The Tender Results. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Enable The Dark Gray Areas Of The City To Be Developed Via A Gigabit Network In Accordance With The Gigabit Directive By Granting Investment Aid. The Subject Of The Award Is The Granting Of A Grant (Economic Gap) For The Construction And Operation Of A Sustainable And High-Performance Telecommunications Network Infrastructure By A Private Sector Operator For A Period Of Seven Years.
