The Project Consists Of The Demolition And Disposal Of Existing Garage Buildings (Buildings 113 And 119), As Well As Buildings 110 And 114, Which Today House Teaching Rooms, Operating Rooms And An Auditorium, Etc. The Project Consists Of Two New Buildings For Brsnj. Partly A Garage Facility For Emergency Vehicles Incl. Support Functions, As Well As An Emergency And Education Building. The Emergency And Teaching Building Is Laid Out In Two Floors And Placed In The Sloping Terrain Towards The Limfjorden. This Enables Direct Entry From The Ground On Both Floors. On The Ground Floor, The Emergency Services Facilities Are Located With The Entrance And Exit Directly Towards The New Garage Facility. A Large Representative Auditorium For Teaching And Larger Events Is Also Placed On The Ground Floor. On The 1St Floor, Teaching Facilities For Conscripts Are Located, Consisting Of Three Teaching Rooms And A Group Room. In Connection With This, Offices And Counter Function For Study Coordinators, As Well As Office And Support Facilities For Education Commanders, Are Located. The Facilities On Both Floors Are Arranged Around A Central Core Containing Stairs, Toilets, Copy Rooms Etc. The Garage Building Has A Large Garage With 16 Lanes For The Emergency Services Various Emergency Vehicles. In Connection With This, A Number Of Support Functions Will Be Established On Two Floors. On The Ground Floor, In Direct Connection With The Garage Itself, Are Placed Functions Such As A Quiet Room, Storage And Preparation Of Equipment, Etc. The Form Of Cooperation Is Described In More Detail In The Document Cooperation Agreement. The Target Price Has Been Corrected As Indicated In The Supplement To The Cooperation Model, Just As The Revised Target Price Appears In The Offer List. The Task Includes All Services For Fully Completed Construction In Accordance With The Tender Documents. Additional Information Regarding The Project Appears From The Other Tender Materials, Including In Relation To The Builders Deliverables. As Stated In The Addendum To Cooperation Model, It Has Been Decided That Pfas-Containing Soil To Be Disposed Of Must Be Built Into New Earth Embankments At Fsn Aalborg By Another Contractor. The Company Boundary For The Current Contract Thus Ends With Driving To And Unloading At Fsn Aalborg. The Insurance Contract Is Offered Separately.
