Construction Work – Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 8 At Ul. Grottgera 10A In Słupsk As Part Of The Project Future In Balance. Together With Switzerland For A Better And Safer Słupsk.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 8 In Słupsk, Located At Ul. Grottgera 10A, To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Insulation Of Walls And Foundations; 2) Insulation Of Flat Roofs; 3) Replacement Of External Woodwork And Skylights; 4) Reconstruction Of The Terrace And External Stairs; 5) Replacement Of Central Heating, Central Heating And Domestic Hot Water Installations. And Ventilation; 6) Replacement Of Internal Lighting (Except For Rooms Marked In The Design Documentation No. 0.42, 0.43, 0.45 And 0.46), Lightning Protection System; 7) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation; 8) Energy Management System. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Construction Works Was Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 13 To The Swz) And The Design Documentation Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 8 At Ul. Artura Grottgera 10A In Słupsk, Including: Detailed Design - Construction Industry, Detailed Design - Sanitary Industry, Detailed Design - Electrical Industry And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior, Which Constitute Annex No. 12 To The Swz. 4. A Tolerance Of ±5% Is Assumed For The Offered Device In Relation To The Dimensions Of The Devices Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwior. 5. In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. In The Offer Form, The Contractor Should Present An Offer Divided Into The Following Components: 1) Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 8 At Ul. Grottgera 10A In Słupsk (Excluding Photovoltaic Installation And White Assembly), 2) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, 3) Purchase And Installation Of White Assembly. 6. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act Using Design Documentation And Stwior, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Design Documentation, Stwior Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Stwior And The Design Documentation, The Superior Document Is The Design Documentation. 8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers And Will Be Assessed In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Tor. 9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of This Order For A Period Of 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Any Means Of Evidence To Confirm The Compliance Of The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services With The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified In The Descript
