Roadworks – Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road In The Wake Of The Former Sand Railway Track, Along With Accompanying Infrastructure And Elements Of Small Architecture.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Bicycle Path And A Pedestrian Path Along The Tracks Of The Former Sand Railway, Approximately 9.3 Km Long, Connecting The Kłokocin District, Through Ul. Żorska In The Gotartowice District, With The Rybnik Paruszowiec Railway Stop Via Ul. Mikołowska, Up To The Bicycle Trail Between Wielopole And Kamień Districts In Rybnik. As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Project, Residents Will Indirectly Gain The Possibility Of Cycling Both Towards The Center Of Rybnik, As Well As Towards The Czerwionka-Leszczyny Commune And The City Of Żory. As Part Of The Task Carried Out By The City Of Rybnik, The Following Elements Should Be Completed: • A 4.0 M Wide Bicycle Path And A 1.8 M Wide Pedestrian Path With A Bituminous Surface And A Length Of Approximately 9.3 Km, • Exits Enabling Communication With Other Roads And Communication Routes Intersecting The Route (Bicycle Trails), • Renovation Of 3 Bridge Structures Located Along The Designed Route, I.E. A Steel Bridge Over The Ruda River, A Steel Bridge Over The Railway Line At The Station Rybnik-Gotartowice, Concrete Viaduct In The Forest In The Paruszowiec-Piaski District, • Horizontal And Vertical Markings, • Energy-Saving Lighting Along The Entire Length Made In Led Technology With A Reactive Power Compensator, • Bicycle Racks, Electric Bicycle Charging Stations, Repair Stations, • Rest Areas With The Infrastructure Included In The Design Documentation, I.E.: Shelters, Skate Park, Pump Track, Climbing Polyhedrons, Decorative Boulders, Recreational Deckchairs, Benches And Waste Bins. May Apply For The Award Of The Contract. 108 Section 1 Of The Act, Meet The Condition For Participation In The Procedure Regarding Technical Or Professional Capacity: I. The Contractor Will Meet The Condition If He Proves That He Has Performed, Within The Last 10 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, And If The Period Of Running The Business Is Shorter - During This Period, At Least 2 Construction Works Consisting In The Construction/Reconstruction (Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law) Of Roads/Streets Or Bicycle Paths With A Gross Value Of At Least Pln 7,000,000.00 Each. Ii. The Contractor Will Meet The Condition If It Proves That It Has Performed During The Last 10 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, And If The Period Of Activity Is Shorter - During This Period, It Has Duly Performed At Least 1 Construction Work Consisting In The Construction, Reconstruction Or Renovation Of A Bridge Structure (Bridge, Viaduct, Footbridge), With A Value Of Bridge Works Of At Least Pln 1,500,000.00 Gross. Iii. The Contractor Will Meet The Condition If It Proves That In The Last 10 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, And If The Period Of Activity Is Shorter - During This Period, It Has Duly Performed At Least 2 Construction Works Consisting In Revitalization, Adaptation, Reconstruction Or Demolition Of Railway Infrastructure (Railway Embankments, Tracks, Engineering Structures On Lines
