The Contract Includes Construction Planning And Construction To The Extent Specified In The Request For Tenders And Its Attached Documents. The Contract Will Implement The Second Part Of The Vt 12 Mankala-Tillolla Project Between Mankala And Jokue. The Project Area Is Located On The Busy Highway 12 Between Lahti And Kouvola, Which Is A Nationally And Internationally Important Transverse Connection. Valtatie 12 Is An Important Part Of Finlands Main Road Network (Service Level I) And It Belongs To The Ten T Comprehensive Network. It Serves National East-West Traffic And Is An Important Connection For Business Transport. The Contract Includes The Improvement Of Highway 12 In The Area Of ​​Iiti Municipality, Between Mankala And Jokue.
