Security Software Package – Multi-Factor Authentication. The Purpose Of The Public Contract The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is That By Acquiring And Implementing A System For Multi-Factor Authentication Of Users (Hereinafter Referred To As Mfa Or Mfa System) And The Subsequent Support Of The Operation Of The Mfa System By The Supplier, The Identity Of The Contracting Partys Users When Logging In To User Accounts, Systems Or Applications Is Verified For The Entire Duration Of The Contract Concluded On The Basis Of This Public Contract In Full Compliance With The Relevant Legal Regulations. Subject Of The Public Contract The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery Of The Mfa System And The Subsequent Provision Of Support For The Mfa System By The Supplier. The Scope Of Performance Includes In Particular: • Delivery Of Goods With Standard Software And The Necessary Licenses For Its Use, If The Software Is Part Of The Given Goods (Hereinafter Referred To As Goods), Namely: Qscd Hybrid Chip Cards, Rfid Chip Cards, Rfid Chip Card Readers, Qscd Hybrid Chip Card Readers, Printer Module (Matica Xid8600) For Writing Certificates And Laminating Module For Cards; • Execution Of The Work, Which Includes: Development Of An Implementation Analysis, Delivery Of Packaged, I.E. Ready-Made And Commercially Available Software For Managing Smart Cards And Certificates, Delivery Of Packaged, I.E. Ready-Made And Commercially Available Software For Administrative Management And Registration Of Certificates, Provision Of Packaged, I.E. Ready-Made And Commercially Available Software Enabling Authentication Using A Mobile Phone And Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Sw Applications Into Is Vzp Cr Incl. The Necessary Configuration, Customization And Integration To The Surrounding Is Vzp Cr Systems; • Providing Support To Ensure The Full Functionality Of The Delivered Mfa System. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In Annex No. 1 Of The Main Document Of The Procurement Documentation - Business Conditions (Hereinafter Referred To As The Op), Of Which Its Annexes Are An Integral Part. The Performance Also Includes The Provision Of Additional Performance Based On The Customers Orders, I.E. The Performance Specified In Article Ii. Paragraph 6 Of The Op, Namely The Provision Of Additional Goods Specified In Article Ii, Paragraph 1 Of The Op And The Extension Of Authorization To Use The Application For Users According To Paragraph 2.2 Of The Cited Article, When The Contracting Authority Assumes That In This Form It Will Primarily Procure 2000 Pieces Of Qscd Hybrid Chip Cards.
