Tenders are invited for Development of a Context-Specific, Small-Scale Research Model Applied for Soil Bioremediation in the Gaza Strip (International Expert). Service Location: Gaza Strip The Maan Development Center announces a price quotation for the provision of the following services: Development of a context-specific, small-scale applied research model for soil bioremediation in the Gaza Strip, within the project Mobilizing Palestinians for Environmental Justice and Community Action, in partnership with Heinrich-Böll , according to the following conditions : The offer is valid for companies as the prices are offered in shekels and include providing a valid withholding certificate. If it is not available, the discount rate indicated in the price quotation document will be applied. The costs of contracting with the external consultant are borne by the company that wins the bid. The service provider must have an active bank account in the companys name and accept payments in the form of bank transfers deposited into its account. The submitted bids are valid for 60 days from the date of submission of the bid. The centers management board has the right to reject any bid without having to give reasons. The quantities mentioned are estimates and are subject to increase or decrease at an open percentage without changing the unit price. The bid opening committee is not obligated to accept the lowest price and has the right to split the bid among more than one company. The centers management also has the right to cancel the bid without stating reasons. Offers will be evaluated financially and technically according to the evaluation mechanism outlined in the price offer terms and conditions file.
