Tenders are invited for Procurement of 132kV STG Material 11kV and 132kV Capacitors Cells L4567-PAK: Power Distribution Strengthening Project Quantity: (i) 2,860 (ii) 200 Contract No. and Title: ADB-I/G-R1-LESCO-2026 (Lot-6): Procurement of 132kV STG Material [11kV and 132kV Capacitors Cells] The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Power Distribution Strengthening Project (PDSP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. 2. The Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO) (the Purchaser) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the following Procurement in One (01) lot only. The Bidder shall quote for the entire quantity. Open competitive bidding (international advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADBs Single-Stage: One Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: a) The Bidder or its proposed Manufacturer must have at least 05 years design / manufacturing experience of similar Goods with similar or higher rating and capacity. b) The Bidder or its proposed Manufacturer shall have manufactured and supplied similar Goods of similar or higher rating and capacity in the quantities at least equal to the 80% quantities during the last ten (10) years in a single or multiple contracts. The Goods supplied by the bidder should have been in satisfactory operation for a continuous period of at least two (02) years on the date of bid opening.
