Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services – Kopú Rajchéřov. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Development Of A Proposal For Comprehensive Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In C.Ú. Rajchéřov Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Designated For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. The Results Of The Land Improvements Will Serve For The Renewal Of The Cadastral Record And As An Indispensable Basis For Planning And Landscape Architecture. The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. Most Of The Cadastral Territory Without Larger Forest Complexes Is Included In The Kopú District. The Expected Acreage For The Rajchéřov Community Center Is 283 Ha. The Reason For Starting The Kopú Was The Requests Of The Owners Of More Than Half Of The Agricultural Land In The Territory.
