Electrical Services - Design And Author Supervision Of Energy-Saving Street Lighting With The Possibility Of Monitoring And Management In The City Of Shumen - Neighborhoods Of Mutnitsa, Makak And Divdyadovo. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select A Contractor To Whom Design Will Be Assigned With The Aim Of Preparing Design Documentation And Carrying Out Author Supervision - In The Case Of Subsequent Construction Of An Object: Construction Of Energy-Saving Street Lighting With The Possibility Of Monitoring And Control In The City Of Shumen - Neighborhoods Mutnitsa, Makak And Divdyadovo The Subject Of The Procurement Includes: 1. Activity 1 - Design Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, Together With Bill Of Quantities, For The Construction Of A System For Energy-Saving Street Lighting With The Possibility Of Monitoring And Management In The City Of Shumen - Mutnitsa, Makak And Divdyadovo Districts. The System Should Be Designed As A Set Of Power Sources, A Distribution Network, As Well As Replacement With Energy-Saving Led Lighting Fixtures. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, As Follows: Street Lighting In The Mutnitsa District Covers 20 Streets. Street Lighting In Makak District Covers 21 Streets. Street Lighting In The Divdyadovo District Covers 68 Streets. 2. Activity 2 - Exercise Authors Supervision During Construction. By Activity Authors Supervision: The Contractor In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Law On Territorial Planning, Will Exercise The Authors Supervision During The Construction, According To The Approved Investment Projects, The Applicable Regulations, The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority, The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor Through The Expert Designers For The Individual Parts Of The Project Or Persons Authorized By Them, Provided That The Authorized Persons Possess Qualifications Corresponding To The Minimum Requirements Laid Down In The Procedure For The Relevant Expert Designer And Are Previously Approved By The Contracting Authority. The Authors Supervision Coincides With The Period For The Implementation Of The Cmp Of The Construction. The Obligations Of The Contractor, In His Capacity Of Author Supervision Under This Order, Begin With The Signing Of Protocol No. 2 And 2A For The Opening Of The Construction Site And Are Until The Date Of Putting The Site Into Operation, Respectively Issuing A Certificate For Commissioning. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed Individualized, And All Planned Activities Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And The Documents Attached To It.
