Refuse Collection Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Residential And Uninhabited Properties In The City Of Bełchatów. 1. The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order And The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annexes To The Swz, Is: 1) Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Inhabited And Uninhabited Real Estate, Real Estate On Which There Is A Summer House Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes In The City Of Bełchatów And In Areas Intended For Public Use; 2) Equipping All Property Owners With Containers Or Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste As Part Of The Municipal Waste Management Fee. Providing Containers Involves Putting Them Into Use For The Duration Of The Order In Question And Does Not Mean Transferring The Ownership Of The Containers To Either The Ordering Party Or The Property Owners; 3) Creation, Operation And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Area Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Bełchatów, Which Is The Property Of The Contractor Or To Which The Contractor Has The Right To Dispose, And Management Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste; 4) Organizing Mobile Collection Of Bulky Waste And Collection Of Used Clothing And Textiles Treated As Waste, Handling Containers For Expired Medicines, Containers For Used Batteries And Accumulators, Operating The Municipal Electronic Waste Point (Mpe) And Containers For Electric Waste; 5) Maintaining Containers Used For Collecting Municipal Waste, Including Sockets Intended For Waste Segregation, In Appropriate Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition Municipal.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Content Of The Draft Agreement, The Description And Conditions Of Services Provided In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1) And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2).
