1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road Near The School In Radogoszcz, Plot No. 175/4, District 0004 Radogoszcz. The Total Length Of The Rebuilt Section Of The Municipal Road Is 161.25 M. The Planned Scope Of Works Is Entirely Within The Boundaries Of The Existing Road. The Following Are Planned Along The Entire Length Of The Road: 1) A Road With A Mineral-Asphalt Surface And A Road Cross-Section (Unlimited - Without Curbs) With A One-Sided Transverse Slope; 2) Reconstruction Of Existing Exits; 3) Improved Dirt Shoulders On Both Sides. Detailed Construction Solutions And The Scope Of Design Works Are Presented In The Design Documentation, Consisting Of: 1) Construction Design - Land Development Design; 2) Executive Design; 3) Design Technical;4) Bill Of Quantities;5) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Task In Question Does Not Require Notifying The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Appoint A Construction Manager At His Own Expense.
