3.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works At The School Complex In Czchów, Consisting Of The Construction Of An Elevator Shaft In The Existing School Building. In Addition, A Ramp Will Be Made At The Entrance For Disabled People, Enabling Them To Enter The Building From Ground Level. Category Of Building: Ix, Viii - Education Building, Other Buildings. The Functional Layout Of The Building Covered By The Study Is Closely Related To The Main Function Of The Education Building - School. The Reconstruction Does Not Interfere With The Functional Layout Of The Existing School, Except For The Installation Of An Elevator.3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Employers Requirements Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Particular: 3.1.1. Design Documentation (Architectural And Construction Design With Attachments, Land Development Design With Attachments, Description And Parameters Of The Elevator);3.1.2. Bill Of Quantities (Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document, Lump Sum Remuneration Applies); 3.1.3. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb);3.1.4. Drawings, Plans, Projections, Diagrams; 3.1.5. Building Permit, Opinions, Arrangements And Other Documents.3.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction Works, Deliveries, Assembly, Tests, Tests, Commissioning And Formal And Legal Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Applicable Laws And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 3.4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense, A Decision From The Competent Authority Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Installed Crane (Elevator) For Operation. The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Includes, In Particular, Developing All Required Documentation, Performing The Necessary Tests, Tests, Measurements And Checks, And Performing All Activities Required By The Competent Authority Of The Office Of Technical Inspection To Issue A Decision Authorizing The Operation Of The Device. 3.5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Complete Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Permit To Use The Building After Completion Of The Works And To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Final Decision On The Permit To Use, Including Obtaining The Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements And Positions Of The Competent Authorities Referred To In Art. 56 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, To The Extent Required To Obtain An Occupancy Permit.3.6. If Applicable Legal Regulations Require It To Obtain An Occupancy Permit, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party An Energy Performance Certificate Of The Building, I
