The Scope Of The Works In Question Mainly Includes: - Demolition Of Existing Works With Sheet Metal Together With The Dismantling Of Eaves, Collars, Cornices, Gutters, Downpipes, Etc.;- Demolition Of Reinforced Concrete Structure Elements;- Installation Of A Wooden Roof Structure In A Rafter, Single-Pitch, Multi-Module System (In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment To The Bill Of Quantities);- Anti-Corrosion And Fire Protection Of Wooden Elements;- Roof Covering With Trapezoidal Galvanized Steel Sheet;- Insulation Flat Roof; - Repair Of Ventilation Chimneys Including Flashing; - Sheet Metal Flashings Made Of Coated Sheet Metal; - Installation Of New Downpipes And Gutters, Construction Of Eaves Soffit From Pvc Panels.3.
