The Document Referred To In Point 7 Subpoint 1), Should Be Issued No Earlier Than 6 Months Before Its Submission. The Documents Referred To In Point 7(2) Should Be Issued No Earlier Than 3 Months Before Their Submission. 9. The Provisions Of Point 8 Shall Apply. In Order To Confirm That The Contractor Meets The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, The Contractor Submits: 1) Authorization Of The Polish Financial Supervision Authority To Conduct Business In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 29, 1997, Banking Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 38, As Amended) Or Equivalent Documents Confirming The Right To Conduct Banking Activities In Poland In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Above-Mentioned Act. 11. If The Declaration Submitted By The Contractor Referred To In Point 2 (Jedz) Or Subjective Evidence Raises Doubts In The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party May Ask Directly The Entity That Is In Possession Of Information Or Documents Relevant In This Respect For The Assessment Of The Contractors Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings Or The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion, To Present Such Information Or Documents. 12. The Ordering Party Does Not Call For The Submission Of Subjective Evidence If: 1) It Can Be Obtained Using Free And Publicly Available Databases, In Particular Public Registers Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 17, 2005 On The Computerization Of Entities Activities.
