Non-Scheduled Air Transport Services – Framework Agreement For Occasional Air Transport Services. The Provision Of Occasional Passenger Air Transport Services, By Booking And Issuing Plane Tickets For Domestic And International Passenger Flights, According To The Specific Travel Needs Of The Protection And Security Service Personnel Based On The Contracts Subsequent To The Framework Agreement, Which Will Be Concluded During Its Validity. During The Period Of The Framework Agreement, The Purchase Of A Minimum Number Of 100 Tickets And A Maximum Of 8000 Tickets Is Estimated. For A Single Subsequent Contract/Order Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, The Purchase Of A Minimum Of 1 Ticket And A Maximum Of 20 Tickets Is Estimated. The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract/Order That Is Expected To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Is: 100,000 Ron Without Vat. The Actual Number Of Tickets Will Be Determined According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority At The Time Of Awarding Subsequent Contracts And The Funds Allocated For This Purpose. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With At Least 3 Economic Operators, The Maximum Number Being Unlimited, Awarding Subsequently, By Resuming The Competition Between The Economic Operators Signatories Of The Framework Agreement, Subsequent Contracts For Domestic And/Or International Passenger Air Transport Services For The Destinations / Classes / Duration / Conditions Of Travel Established By The Contracting Authority In The Stage Of Resuming The Competition. The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Elements/Conditions Stipulated In The Framework Agreement, By Resuming The Competition Whenever There Is A Need To Organize Trips In The Country And/Or Abroad Of The Staff Or Delegates Of The Contracting Authority.
