Petroleum Products, Fuel, Electricity And Other Sources Of Energy – Framework Agreement Regarding The Supply Of Fuel Cards For Diesel And Petrol Etc. In Denmark. This Tender Concerns The Award Of A 4-Year Framework Agreement Regarding Fuel Cards For Use By The Defense And Emergency Management Agencys Refueling Of E.G. Diesel And Petrol As Well As The Purchase Of Drive-On Products In Denmark (Hereinafter The Agreement). The Agreement Includes The Supply Of Fuel Cards As A Payment Card Solution For The Purchase Of Diesel And Petrol From The Suppliers Network Of Filling Stations In Denmark, Excl. Greenland And The Faroe Islands For Refueling Cars, Trucks And Other Large Vehicles And Various Aggregates Respectively. In Addition To Diesel And Petrol, When Using The Tank Card In Denmark, It Must Be Possible To Buy Aqueous Urea Solution (E.G. Adblue Or Similar) Using A Pump Or In A Can, Wash Vehicles In Car Washes And Drive On Products, Including Oil, Washer Fluid, Windscreen Wipers, Adblue Or Similar In Cans And Ice Remover. The Requirements For The Number Of Tank Systems With The Option To Purchase Aqueous Urea And Carry On Products, As Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 (Requirement Specification). The Payment Card Solution Must Consist Of A Two-Card Solution, Where It Is Only Possible To Fill Up And Pay For Diesel And Petrol At The Suppliers Network Of Filling Stations When Users Have Used Both The Fuel Card And Their Personal Employee Card. The Tank Card Must Also Be Able To Be Used At The Defense And Emergency Management Agencys Own, Existing Tank Facilities. At The Start Of The Agreement, The Supplier Must Be Able To Deliver Approx. 10,000 Tank Cards. Fmi Will Continuously Order New Fuel Cards Throughout The Term Of The Agreement, It Is Expected That 1,500-2,000 New Fuel Cards Will Be Ordered Per Year. The Agreement Also Includes The Following Services From The Supplier: - Maintenance Of Information And Operation Of Fuel Cards, - Daily Transmission Of Information About Fuel Cards And Transactions In An Xml File To Fmis Server, And - Payment Of Consumption With Fuel Cards Must Be Collected And Made In An Integrated Solution, Where One Invoice Is Sent To Fmi Per Month. The Expected Annual Draw On The Framework Agreement Is Estimated To Be 1,400,000 Liters Of Diesel And 50,000 Liters Of Petrol Refueled In Denmark. The Number Of Washes Per Year Is Expected To Be Approx. 10,000. However, During The Term Of The Agreement, The Supplier Must Expect That The Consumption Of Diesel And Petrol Will Be In A Downward Direction, If The Armed Forces Vehicle Fleet Is Converted To Electric Vehicles To A Greater Extent Due To Political Objectives Regarding Emission Reduction.
