For The Activity In Which The Dp Nkži Is A Labor Injury Coefficient Ktt = 1.20, With An Average Coefficient Of Work Trauma For The Country Ktt = 0.63, And Accordingly It Is Necessary To Take Out Work Accident Insurance For The Workers And Employees Of The Dp Nkži, According To Art. 55, Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of Kso.Dp National Railway Infrastructure Company Consists Of The Central Office, The Center For Personnel Training And Administrative-Economic Territorially Separated Units, As Follows: - Management Of The Movement Of Trains And Station Activities (Udvgd) - 3 Units In The City Of Sofia, The City Of Plovdiv And The City Of Gorna Oryahovitsa; - Railway Sections (Railways) - 6 Units In The City Of Sofia, The City Of Plovdiv, The City Of Gorna Oryahovitsa, The City Of Vratsa, The City Of Shumen And The City Of Burgas; - Signaling And Telecommunications Division - 3 Divisions In Sofia, Plovdiv And Gorna Oryahovitsa - Electricity Distribution Division - 3 Divisions In Sofia, Plovdiv And Gorna Oryahovitsa; The Divisions And Their Sub-Districts Cover The Territory Of The Entire Country. Occupational Accident Is Considered To Be: Any Sudden Damage To Health That Occurred During And In Connection With Or On The Occasion Of The Work Performed, As Well As In Any Work Performed In The Interest Of The Enterprise, When It Caused Incapacity Or Death. To The Basic Compulsory Insurance Occupational Accident Is Added Insurance For Employees And Workers Who Have Suffered An Accident Under Art. 55, Paragraph 2, I.E. Occupational Accident Occurred....During The Usual Journey To Or From The Workplace.... The Insurance Benefits Under Article 55, Paragraph 2 Of The Csr Are Equated To The Benefits For The Mandatory Occupational Accident Insurance Under Article 55, Paragraph 1 Of The Csr. The Insurance For The Risk Occupational Accident For Workers And Employees Covers The Following Risks: A) Death As A Result Of An Occupational Accident; B) Permanently Reduced Work Capacity As A Result Of An Occupational Accident And C) Temporary Incapacity As A Result Of An Occupational Accident.
