Waste And Rubbish Containers And Bins – Purchase And Installation Of Containers For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste As Part Of The Project Development Of The System For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Feld.02.13-Iz.00-0020/24-00 - Part Seven. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of One New External Container For The Selective Collection Of Small Electronic Waste, Its Installation, Preparation Of Design Documentation And Submission Of Construction Notification Required By Law. 2. The Contractor Will Prepare An Area Development Project For Reporting Small Architectural Objects In Accordance With Applicable Law And Agree It With The Ordering Party Before Submitting The Notification. 3. When Preparing A Land Development Project For Reporting Small Architectural Objects, The Contractor May Use The Services Of Another Entity With Appropriate Authorizations. 4. The Contractor Will Report The Construction Of A Facility Or The Performance Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit To The District Office In Zgierz. 5. A Declaration Of The Right To Use The Property For Construction Purposes Necessary To Submit The Notification Or Other Documents Necessary To Complete The Task Will Be Provided To The Contractor Immediately After Signing The Contract. 6. The Container Will Be Installed In Accordance With Construction Practice On An Appropriate Foundation On Plot No. 367/14, Precinct 129, Belonging To The Municipality Of Zgierz. 7. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Destruction Or Damage To The Container Occurring During Loading, Transport, Unloading And Assembly. 8. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Container For A Period Of 60 Months. 9. Requirements To Be Met By The Container: 1) Be Made Of Stainless Steel With Two Interchangeable Educational And Advertising Surfaces, Secured With Transparent, Safe Glass And Personalized Information Posters About The Purpose Of The Container, And With The Ordering Partys Logo, 2) The Poster Design Will Be Provided To The Contractor Immediately After Signing The Contract, 3) Have 7 Internal Containers, Compartments Or Tubes Where Sorted Electronic Waste Can Be Collected, I.E.: - 1X Cassette Tapes And Vhs, - 1X Batteries, - 2X Light Bulbs, - 2X Small Electronics, - 1X Cds, 4) Have Each Slot Marked With An Information Inscription And An Appropriate Pictogram Informing About Its Intended Use For A Given Type Of Waste, 5) Dimensions Of The Container: Height: From 1500 Mm To 3000 Mm, Depth: From 245 Mm To 555 Mm, 6) Container Color: Ral 7016, 7) Lockable Container Supplied With A Set Of Three Keys, 8) Door Hinges Mounted Inside So That They Are Invisible From The Outside. 10. The Ordering Party Will Accept The Container Based On The Acceptance Protocol. The Signed Protocol Will Be The Basis For Issuing An Invoice. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents.
