Data Storage Services – Implementation And Technical Support Of An Itsm-Class System Supporting It Processes At Pfron. Chapter 4. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4.1. Subject Of The Order The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of: 4.1.2. Task No. 1 (Basic Order) - Implementation And Launch Of A Working Itsm System In The Saas Service Model, Meeting The Requirements Described In The Opz And The Agreement. Task No. 1 Is Divided Into The Following Stages: 4.1.2.1. Stage 1 - Performing Pre-Implementation Analysis, Described In Detail In Point. From 12.6 To 12.7. Completion Deadline: 1 Month From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 4.1.2.2. Stage 2 – Implementation Of The Itsm System. A Detailed Description Of The Implementation Is Described In Point. From 12.8 To 12.29. Completion Deadline: 5 Months From The End Of Stage No. 1. 4.1.2.3. Stage 3 - The Contractor Will Conduct Post-Implementation Workshops For The Ordering Party For Each Implemented Module Of The Itsm System. The Date Of The Workshops Will Be Agreed During Stage No. 2. 4.1.2.4. Stage 4 – Production Start And Provision Of Support, Maintenance And Development Services For The System. 4.1.2.5. Stage 5 - The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Complete Post-Implementation Documentation Within A Maximum Of 3 Months From The End Of Stage 2. 4.2. Task No. 2 (Basic Order) - Provision Of Support And Maintenance Services For The Itsm System, For A Period Of 36 Months From The End Of Stage 2 (Detailed Description In Annex No. 1 Of The Swz). 4.3. Order Under The Option - Changes In The Configuration Of The Itsm System When Action Is Required By The Contractor - Up To A Maximum Of 600 Man-Hours. 4.4. The System Supporting It Processes At Pfron Must Be Implemented In The Saas Service Model - Along With Granting The Necessary Licenses For 40 Operators And 5 Administrators. For The Duration Of Stage 2, The Contractor Will Grant The Ordering Party Free Licenses (Trial). 4.5. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, A Person/Persons Performing Activities Related To The Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Contract, In Particular In The Scope Of Cooperation With The Ordering Party For The Purpose Of Ongoing Management Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22, Paragraph 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277). The Employment Of The Person Referred To Above Must Continue Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Details On How To Document Employment And Control Whether The Contractor Or Subcontractor Meets The Requirements Regarding Employment Under An Employment Contract And Provisions Regarding Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Requirements Will Be Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Ppu
