Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Public Tender For Framework Agreement For Consultancy Regarding The Norwegian Armed Forces Activities In The Arctic. The Norwegian Defense Forces Have Several Activities In The Arctic, Including In Greenland And The Faroe Islands, Which Continuously Entails The Need To Purchase Consultancy, Particularly In The Environmental Field. Past And Present Activities Can Include Have Resulted In Pollution, Which The Norwegian Armed Forces Are Responsible For Investigating And Assessing The Risk Of. The Norwegian Defense Forces Are Also Responsible For Ensuring That Both Future And Current Activities Do Not Pose A Risk To The Environment, Nature And People Staying At The Locations. There May Therefore Also Be A Need For Clean-Up Or To Prevent Pollution. In Connection With The Activities In The Arctic, The Norwegian Armed Forces Therefore Need External Advice Within E.G. Environment And Nature, In Particular In Relation To The Handling Of Soil And Groundwater Pollution And The Industrial Environment, And To A Lesser Extent Within The Building And Construction Engineering Area, To The Extent That It Concerns Environmental Conditions. The Framework Agreement Is Awarded To Three Bidders. All Advisory Tasks Under The Framework Agreement Are Awarded Through Renewed Competitive Tendering (Mini-Tendering) Among The Three Bidders Who Are Allocated A Place On The Framework Agreement. The General Terms Of The Agreement As Well As Requirements For The Advisers And The Services Appear In The Framework Agreement With Associated Annexes, While A More Detailed Specification Of The Services Related To The Individual Advisory Task Will Appear In The Fee Agreements Incl. Annexes, Which Are Awarded Through Mini-Tenders Under The Framework Agreement. The Content Of The Individual Fee Agreements Can Vary In Nature And Scope, And The Establishment And Terrain Command (Hereafter Etk) Is Thus Under No Obligation To Include All Services In The Service Description In Each Individual Fee Agreement. Etk Is A Subordinate Authority To Fko. It May Therefore Occur That Other Authorities Under Fko Can Draw On The Agreement, Including In Particular Ako.
