The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Services (Concessions) Ensuring The Safe And Smooth Operation Of Water Supply Lines, Sewers And Wwtps In The Property Of The Contracting Authority, The Municipality Of Ždánice, In The Period From 1.1.2027 To 31.12.2036, In Accordance With National Legal Regulations, In Particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Supply Lines And Sewage Systems For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, As Amended Regulations. The Operation Of Water Management Assets, I.E. Water Pipes And Sewers For Public Use, Will Be Ensured In A Divisional Operating Model On The Basis Of A Concession Contract Concluded With The Selected Supplier In This Tender.
