The Gas 77 Command Group, For This Consultation, Is Made Up Of The Municipality Of Avon (Coordinator) And The Municipality Of Samois. The Contracting Authorities Concerned Wish To Award Various Technical Inspection Services By An Approved Body For Municipal Buildings. The Services Are Allocated As Follows: - Lot N°1: Supply And Maintenance Of Equipment (Fire Extinguishers, Armed Fire Valve, Manual Smoke Evacuation And Spare Parts), - Lot N°2: Maintenance Of Fire Alarms For All Buildings, - Lot N°3: Periodic Checks By Approved Organization Of Electrical, Gas And Fire Alarm Installations, - Lot N°4: Miscellaneous Checks By Approved Organization. An Indicative State Of The Fleet And Details Of The Lots Are Indicated In The Technical Description Of The Services. This Consultation Is Carried Out According To The Rules Of The Market Passed Using An Adapted Procedure; It Is Carried Out In Application Of Articles R2123-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Order Code. The Contract Takes The Form Of A Single Award Framework Agreement With A Purchase Order, As Defined In Article R2162-13 Et Seq. Of The Public Order Code. Variants Are Not Authorized.
