Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Provision Of Technical Advice For Construction Maturation. Kolding Municipality Offers An Agreement On Technical Advice For Construction Maturation. The Consultancy Service Includes Planning, Design, Preparation Of Project Proposals, Authority And Tender Projects As Well As Execution Projects, Construction Management And Supervision During Execution And Handover. The Planning Includes Construction Maturation Of Approx. 80 Plots With Associated Main Road, Five Residential Roads And 2.3 Km Cycle Path In The New Urban Development Area. The Task Has An Estimated Value Of Dkk 1.5-2 Million. Dkk Excl. Vat And The Planning Is Expected To Be Completed With The Conclusion Of Construction Contracts Approximately 15 Months After The Conclusion Of The Consultancy Contract. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Limited Tender In Accordance With The Relevant Rules In §§ 58-60 Of The Tender Act.
