The Object Of This Purchase Is The Supply, Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of The Equipment Related To The Investment Related To The Investment Objective Establishment Of A Photovoltaic Park In Order To Produce Electricity From Renewable Solar-Type Sources For The Municipality Of Caransebeş, Caras-Severin County As Part Of The Contract, The Following Will Be Supplied, Installed And Put Into Operation: The Superstructure For Supporting The Photovoltaic Panels, Made Up Of Metal Structure Modules Made From Galvanized Sheet; Foundations Related To Lighting Poles; 1,994 Photovoltaic Panels With A Nominal Power Of 560 W; 10 Three-Phase On-Grid Electric Inverters With A Nominal Installed Power Of 120 Kw Each; 2 Electrical Distribution Panels, Ptab And Connection Point; The Cables And Accessories Necessary To Interconnect The Equipment, Mounted Above And Below Ground. The Placement Of The Photovoltaic Panels Will Be Done On Metal Structures Mounted On Poles Fixed By Hammering Into The Ground. The Photovoltaic Park Will Be Fenced With Metal Poles And Woven Mesh. Supply, Assembly And Commissioning Will Be Carried Out According To The Technical Documentation Developed By Sc Ogaus Technology Srl, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Award Documentation. The Estimated Value Of The Works Contract Without Vat Is 4,429,501.84 Lei, Broken Down As Follows: Cap. 4 Expenses For The Basic Investment: 4,340,590.41 Lei, Of Which: Cap. 4.1. Constructions And Installations: 1,970,172.29 Lei Cap. 4.2. Installation Of Machinery, Technological And Functional Equipment: 114,858.12 Cap. 4.3. Machinery, Technological And Functional Equipment That Requires Assembly: 2,255,560.00 Lei Chapter 5.1. Site Organization: 88,911.43 Lei The Estimated Value Of 4,429,501.84 Lei Without Vat For The Award Of The Supply Contract Which Is The Subject Of This Procedure Does Not Include The Amount Representing Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 18 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To All Clarification Requests 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. In The Case Of Requests For Clarifications Received After The Deadline Indicated Above, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Formulate An Answer.
