I. The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of The Hall, Staircase And Corridors As Well As Renovation Of The Rooms Of The Faculty Of Finance And Information Technology On The Second Floor In The Main Building Of The University Of Opole At Ul. Oleska 48, Part No. 1 - Renovation Of The Main Hall Of Oleska 48, Painting Staircases And Corridors - Ground Floor To Second Floor. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swziii. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended)) Of Persons Performing The Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order Indicated Below, The Performance Of Which Consists In The Performance Of Work. The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirements For Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Apply. Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order: - General Construction Works. The Method Of Verification By The Ordering Party Of The Employment Of These Persons And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Draft Contract). Iv. Warranty The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Completed Subject Of The Order. V Within A Maximum Of 90 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Deadline For The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated In The Previous Sentence Is The Maximum Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Include A Shorter Deadline For The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order In Its Offer, But Not Shorter Than 70 Calendar Days.
