1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Palace Annex Of The Museum Of Romanticism In Opinogóra.2. The Main Objectives Of Carrying Out The Construction Work Are: 1) Reducing The Demand For Final Energy, 2) Reducing The Volume Of Co2 Emissions, 3) Saving Energy Costs In The Building Related To Reducing The Consumption Of Energy Carriers. 3. The Detailed Method Of Execution As Well As The Scope And Type Of Individual Works Covering The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Design Documentation Contains Bills Of Quantities, Which Are Only Auxiliary Documents And Are Not Binding On The Contractor. The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities Should Be Read Together And Coherently.4. The Order Is Co-Financed By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management And The Masovian Voivodeship. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Works And All Activities Related To Them In Accordance With The Requirements Arising From The Project Financing Agreements, Including In Particular The Promotion Rules, Documentation Obligations, Principles Of Project Durability And The Obligation To Provide Information For Control And Monitoring Purposes. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations In This Respect Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.5.
