The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Design, Implementation, Implementation And Training Of The Internal Data Management And Internal Communication Of The Northern Ostrobothnia Associations Sharepoint-Based Intranet Solution For Updating The Intranet In A Microsoft 365 Environment. The Goal Is To Replace The Current Decentralized Information Management Model With A Unified, Easy-To-Maintain Intranet That Supports Personnel Information Retrieval. The Focus Of The Procurement Is On The Planning Of The Information Structure, User Rights, Content Responsibilities And Information Discoverability And Their Implementation In The Sharepoint Online Environment. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out In The Customers Existing Microsoft 365 / Sharepoint Online Environment. The Solution May Not Use Third-Party Licenses, Paid Add-Ons, Fonts, Images, Software Or Services That Cause Additional Costs For The Customer Without The Customers Prior Written Approval. The Work Does Not Include Large-Scale Content Production Or Mass Migration Of Existing Materials, Unless The Offeror Expressly Includes Them In The Fixed Total Price Of The Offer. However, The Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Structure Of The Intranet, The Template Pages And The Instructions Of The Administrators Enable Content To Be Imported Into The System As The Subscribers Own Work. The Minimum Structure Of The Intranet Includes The Following Subpages: Mandatory Main Sections: •Current •Personnel •Communication And Brand •Instructions And Operating Models •Management And Decision-Making •Projects And Programs •Visitor Calendar •Contact Information And Organization •Storage Archive.In Addition, Mandatory Functionalities: • Sharepoint Search • Utilization Of Metadata • Management Of Access Rights • Publication Of News • Document Libraries • Personal Search • Mobile Use • Accessibility. The Storage Archive Refers To An Intranets Internal Document Library Or Page Structure To Which Old Instructions, Project Materials And Other Stored Content Can Be Transferred.
