1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Expansion Of The P&R Parking Lot In Michałowice In The Design And Build Formula.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Decisions Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works/Submitting Notifications And The Performance Of Construction Works For The Implementation Of The Investment Specified In Section 1 Above.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Including The Preparation Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, 2) Stage Ii - Including The Execution Of Construction Works.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Including: In The Functional And Utility Program Together With Annexes, Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Note: In Each Place Of The Pfu And Ppu Where The Polish Standard Pn Is Indicated Or Quoted, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Standards, In Accordance With Article 101(4) Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Above-Mentioned Documents Are To Be Treated As Complementary To Each Other.
