Registration: Bystrzyca Kłodzka – City.2. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 9 To The Swz).3. In Addition, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation (Annex No. 10 To The Swz), Apartment Finishing Standards (Annex No. 12 To The Swz) And The Contract Template (Annex No. 8 To The Swz). 4. The Ordering Party Must Be Present During The On-Site Inspection Of Each Contractor, Because Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Reject The Offer Of The Contractor Who Did Not Carry Out An On-Site Inspection.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers.
