Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Design Services Necessary To Achieve The Investment Objective Increasing Energy Efficiency, Rehabilitation, Modernization, Re-Functionalization Of Degraded Spaces And Expansion Of Sports Facilities At The Mihai I Railway Technical College. Sector 1 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest Intends To Achieve The Investment Objective Increasing Energy Efficiency, Rehabilitation, Modernization, Re-Functionalization Of Degraded Spaces And Expansion Of Sports Facilities At The Railway Technical College Mihai I, Located In Butuceni Street, No. 10, Sector 1, Bucharest, Which Involves Interventions On The Existing Buildings Of The Mihai I Railway Technical College, Composed Of: • C1 - Construction With A Floor Area Of 1,752.12 Sqm; • C2 – Construction With A Floor Area Of 1,608.57 Sqm; • C3 – Construction With A Floor Area Of 1,266.54 Sqm; • Ca1 – Construction With A Floor Area Of 12.09 Sqm; • Ca2 – Construction With A Floor Area Of 151.13 Sqm; • Ca3 – Construction With A Floor Area Of 13.53 Sqm; • The Gym Is Located On Level 1, In Building C1, A Building With A Floor Area Of 1,752.12 Square Meters. Other Works Are Also Necessary, As Well As The Expansion And Modernization Of The Sports Infrastructure By Building A Multifunctional Complex On The Land Available In The College Yard, On Which There Is Currently A Sports Tent In A State Of Advanced Deterioration, The Reconfiguration And Modernization Of The Existing Sports Hall, As Well As The Rehabilitation Of The Outdoor Sports Field, Ensuring Compliance With The Current Norms Regarding Operational Safety, Accessibility And Functional Performance. The Investment Aims To Increase Energy Efficiency, Rehabilitate, Modernize And Expand The Existing Educational Infrastructure, In Order To Ensure Adequate Conditions For Carrying Out The Educational Process For A Number Of Approximately 726 Students. Considering The Technical Profile And The Sports Component Of The Educational Unit, The Modernization Of The Infrastructure, Including The Sports Hall And The Construction Of A New One With A Ground Level, Is Essential For Carrying Out A Quality Educational Process And For Preparing Students In Appropriate Conditions. The Existing Buildings Present Major Limitations From A Technical And Functional Point Of View: Insufficient Capacity In Relation To The Number Of Students, Rigid Compartmentalization, Technically Outdated Installations, Low Energy Performance And Difficulties In Complying With Current Fire Safety And Seismic Safety Regulations. From The Preliminary Analysis It Follows That The Adaptation And Expansion Of The Existing Construction For The Integration Of Additional Functions (Field For Competitions, Complementary Educational Spaces, Strength Room, Etc.) Would Involve Complex Structural Interventions And High Costs, Without Guaranteeing The Achievement Of An Effective Long-Term Solution. In This Context, The Optimal Technical Solution Consists In Works To Increase Energy Efficiency, Modernization And Construction Of A New Sports Hall With Ground Level, Which Allows: • Optimal Use Of The Land Already Occupied, Without Increasing The Built Surface On The Ground;
